However, the jailbreak with the jar file didn't restart my iphone afterwards and it got stuck in recovery mode. Couldn't even get it out of recovery through independence.<BR/><BR/>I had to restore to 1.1.1 again but surprisingly, my sim car has no service now (thus no phone use) so I downgraded to 1.0.2 through independence and all worked fine, my sim working and all. Updated to 1.1.1 again with your instructions. Still, no phone service. <BR/><BR/>I'd just like to find a way to update to 1.1.1 again and have it fully functional please then later update to 1.1.2 as well.<BR/><BR/>HELP PLEASE!!! I followed all the instructions you mentioned and yet, I'm still stuck. Not unlocking anyways. This is the 'normal' way to get to a jailbroken 1.1.2 without unlock.
